Asagi Maeda – Cycling Pendant

I designed this Square Frame Series to create a pendant that can be worn but also displayed as a free standing sculpture when not being worn

The pendant can be worn horizontally by threading the chain through two corners. If you thread only one corner, a diamond shape is another alternative.

A client has stated, “When I’m in a good mood, I wear the pendant pointing upwards on my bike, and  when in a bad mood,I wear the pendant pointing downwards, so everyone can see what my mood is when they say hello to me.”
