Strongly inspired by nature, Kayo Saito began her jewelry career by making paper works, which perhaps explains how she is able to create such light and delicate gold and silver jewelry. The Petal Necklace is made entirely from rhodium plated 18K white gold with a single 18K yellow gold petal attached to a gold, hinged, hook and loop clasp. The necklace is made of 17 sections with petal-like elements attached to each and linked together to allow the piece to conform to the wearer with the illusion of a garland of overlapping flower petals.
