Because we want you to be happy with your purchases, some items in the Mobilia Gallery Design Store are returnable for an exchange or gallery credit with prior authorization and are marked as such on the individual item pages. Within 7 days of receipt of an item, please call or email Mobilia to discuss the return. Once an item has been received by Mobilia, we will send a merchandise credit via email. Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Gallery Credits issued will not include original shipping charges. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sorry, no CODs will be accepted.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt. All returns of merchandise require a Return Authorization. Please call Mobilia at 617-876-2109 to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your merchandise back.
